  5.      Feeling somewhat down today?  Does your computer have a nasty cough?
  6. I've got the solution!  Check into the Micro Addictus Hospital, there's sure
  7. to be something there to fix what ails ya!

  9.      The Micro Addictus Hospital is a Virtual Bulletin Board System run in
  10. Spokane, Wa. by Mad Mike.  The Hospital (as Mike refers to it) is run on a
  11. Gateway 386-25mhz with over 300 megs of hard drive space, a CD-ROM (new) and
  12. a U.S. Robotics HST Dual Standard Modem for connection speeds up to 14400
  13. using V32bis or 16.8 using U.S. Robotics HST.

  15.      If messages are the main reason you call a BBS you will be pleasntly
  16. surprised at what Mike has available.  Network Echos are carried from several
  17. networks, including Virtual Net, WWIVNet, Fidonet, Ultranet and the list goes
  18. on!  Finding a topic you enjoy should be no problem.  Message subs range from
  19. the mild to the wild, from Enviromental to Experimental, you can find it here!

  21.      Games galore can be found within the walls of the Micro Addictus Hospital.
  22. Mad Mike is always looking for the newest games and trys to keep the games
  23. on the Hospital different from those found on other local boards.  You can find
  24. a good range of games from horse racing to Dragon slaying, Piloting a space
  25. ship or driving a Big Rig.  One nice thing about the game area is the fact that
  26. Mad Mike is willing to go out on a limb and try new games.  This means you may
  27. find games you've never seen before when you call.

  29.      Files, Files, and more files!  With the recent addition of the CD-ROM,
  30. the Micro Addictus Hospital now carries over 500 megs of Shareware available
  31. for download.  There are almost 100 directories of virus free files available
  32. just from the CD-ROM, this doesn't include all the new files Mike calls
  33. around the nation to get on a nightly basis!  Files are checked for any virus
  34. before they are put up for download, so you can be assured of hassle free
  35. programs in that respect.  A nice feature about the file area on the Hospital
  36. is that the file descriptions are great.  You don't see file descriptions that
  37. say "Not sure, but the file name is cool!", instead you get a good idea of
  38. what the file you download contains.

  40.      Mad Mike is always trying to push the limits of the BBS world by making
  41. his BBS the best possible.  With the new additions  to the system and the time
  42. and effort the sysop puts into it you really should call and see why so many
  43. folks are checking in to the Micro Addictus Hospital!
